I'm Genoveve, but you can call me Jenny. I wear many hats - I'm a mom of two, a military wife, a Realtor, and a fitness enthusiast. For the past 17 years, I've been dedicated to changing lives and I couldn't be happier.

My true passion lies in making a difference and guiding clients on their personal fitness journeys. When you become part of my team, you're not just a client - you're family. We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable and safe space for you to make the changes you want in your life, no matter how big or small. Together, we can achieve greatness.

With my extensive knowledge and experience in exercise science and nutrition, I provide personalized counseling on a one-on-one basis. I take into account your unique physical abilities and create a fitness plan tailored specifically to help you reach your goals.
